JJR Advisory was founded by Jackie Jones and Jim Roy, experienced executive search and recruitment specialists with over 30 years of combined experience across legal and professional services.

Prior to establishing JJR Advisory, Jackie and Jim built their careers within global recruitment firms, partnering with law firms, government agencies, in-house legal teams and professional services organisations across Canberra and the national market.
